Pulse Pilates was created as an inclusive studio that provides a space for all people to find confidence in their practice and in their bodies. Our goal is to empower our students to discover their strength.

A few things!
-Grippy socks are a requirement for all classes, so bring a pair! If you don’t have any, we have them available for purchase.
-Classes begin ON TIME so try to arrive 10-15 minutes early (If you arrive earlier you may have to wait outside for the previous class to finish).
-Bring a quarter for metered parking.
Late Cancellation fees kick in 12 hours before your scheduled class. Both cancellation and no-show fees are $15. If you cancel before the 12 hour window, your class will be credited back yo your account.
